Automation is the core of a modern, developed industry, helping to improve productivity and save time and costs for many businesses. The use of automation equipment in industry is inevitably becoming a current trend
OUR SERVICES
Machine Design
With many years of experience in the machine design and manufacturing industry, and highly qualified human resources at home and abroad, we are ready to meet all customer design requirements.
Design and manufacture automatic machines as required, ensuring they are suitable for businesses with moderate budgets. With limited funding, we will balance the selection of technology, components, and materials to suit requirements.
Machine assembly
The production process is strictly designed and monitored with high-tech equipment through each stage. Minimize product errors. Ensuring the best product quality, improving product quality for all customers.
Consulting and technical support
We provide solutions, commitments and ensure that the automation equipment that customers receive when put into operation achieves the expected results.
CLASSIFICATION OF AUTOMATION MACHINERY
Fixed automation
Fixed automation is also known as “hard automation”, this concept refers to an automated production facility in which the sequence of processing and production operations is fixed by Hard automaton device-machine configuration.
In reality, the programmed commands are contained in the machine in the form of cams, gears, wiring, and other hardware that cannot be easily changed from one product model to another. This form of automated production is characterized by high initial investments and high production rates.
Programmable automation
This is a popular form of automation for manufacturing products in batches.Products are made in batch quantities from a few dozen to several thousand at a time. For each new batch, production equipment must be reprogrammed and changed to accommodate the new product design.
This reprogramming and conversion takes time to complete and there is a period of inefficiency followed by a production run for each new batch
Flexible automation
Flexible automation is an extension of programmable automation. The disadvantage with programmable automation is the time required to reprogram and change production equipment for each new batch of product. This wastes production time and is costly.
In flexible automation, the variety of products is limited enough that equipment changeovers can be done very quickly and automatically.Reprogramming of devices in flexible automation is done offline;that is, programming is done at a computer terminal without using the production equipment itself.Accordingly, there is no need to group identical products into batches;instead, a mixture of different products can be produced immediately afterward.
